Information collected automatically: Device information, usage data, location data (approximate via IP; precise only with permission), and log data.

We use information to create and manage accounts, match parents based on shared values and proximity, facilitate communication, enable events, personalize your feed, send notifications, improve the Service, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share with other users (profile, posts, events), service providers, for legal compliance, safety, or business transfers.
4. Children's privacy
Tribely is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where required by law.

Welcome to Tribely. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tribely mobile application, website, and related services operated by Tribely, LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 and a parent or legal guardian.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to post false, misleading, defamatory, or harassing content; impersonate others; solicit without consent; upload malware; or use the Service unlawfully or in ways that could harm minors.
4. User content
You retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant Tribely a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content in connection with operating the Service.
5. Safety and community standards
We may use automated tools and human review to detect and remove violating content or accounts.
6. Events and meetups
Tribely is not responsible for the planning, conduct, or safety of events organized through the Service. Users participate at their own risk.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIBELY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, California.
